10 min qtrs (clock runs last 2 min of of 3rd qtr only stops on Timeout or a ref injury stoppage)
5 Fouls allowed (no player fouls out). On the 6th foul the penalty is 1 FT and team loses possession
COACHES ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO CALL TIME-OUTS, If player calls timeout, the team is awarded the timeout with loss of possession and a 1 shot tech is given and point of interruption placement of ball will occur. If the team is out of timeouts it's a 2 Shot Tech and loss of possession.
Ball Touches rim it’s a live basketball except on a free-throw. (FIBA LIVE BALL
Ball may be thrown into back court DURING INBOUNDS as long as there is a bounce first (except after a time-out)
If No Shot clock (5 seconds closely guarded)
Each team allotted 6 Timeouts 3 (60's) 3 (30's), However when 5 min mark hits in 4th qtr each team with excess timeouts only will have 2 left 1(full) 1(half).
- Media timeouts occur at the 3min mark in QTR 1 & 3 during stoppage or dead-ball. (90secs TIMED)
First dead ball under 3min mark in the 4th QTR the time is cut off and an ELAM ENDING is initiated meaning a target score is set at +7 of the highest team score. First team to reach that target score wins.
There are NO TECHS FOR HANGING ON THE RIM
Teams are expected to celebrate Game winning shots but should not be derogatory.
Each team is a-lotted 3 challenges per game. if you win 2 out of the 3 you will be awarded 1 in the Elam ( 1v1 Players must be on the court) There is a 10sec shot clock and if a basket is scored by the offense the challenge is deemed successful and the basket counts + possession is retained, if the defense gets a stop then the challenge is deemed non - successful and Either 2 or 3 points will be deducted from the point total(depending what type of shot was taken) and possession goes to defender at point of interruption. (THE CHALLENGER IS ALWAYS ON OFFENSE) (NBA CHALLENGE-ABLE SITUATIONS ONLY) (IF YOU ARE SUCCESSFUL ON BOTH CHALLENGES YOU GAIN A THIRD) REFS OFFICIATE THIS AS A REGULAR POSSESSION, YOU CAN CALL FOULS!!!!!
Any Fighting will result in an immediate 4 game suspension and $250 fine (NOT TOLERATED AT ALL) must be paid by team or automatic removal and lawsuit while follow in court.
EBA Ball will be provided for game use, no other ball shall be used

ACB in-bound Rule : Ref doesn't touch basketball on clear possession plays until Elam Ending ! (Ref will blow whistle and signal who owns possession of ball and teams have 5 secs to inbound ball)...Any disturbance of the ball is a warning first then a tech there-after
